The Rio theater, where Bend Sinister was one of the first musical acts debuting their 2009 album STORIES OF BROTHERS TALES OF LOVERS from start to finish with full screen projections, has now become one of the nicest venues to play in vancouver for sit down concerts. In 2010 they started a new series of Piano Recitals, the first including Dan Moxon as well as Adaline, Jody Glenham, Cary Pratt and more. Brought in for the occasion was a full size grand piano, and the night was a huge success. This was one of dan's first ever solo piano shows, and it was recorded by Derick Fillipo, a local musician.
